What are the different smartphone physical conditions in Jagofon?

All the products we sell are legitimate and 100% functional (including screen, battery health etc). However, the physical condition of each phone may differ. We have categorised these conditions into the below: Mint: Screen: Excellent condition. No scratches. Body: Excellent condition. No scratches visible from a distance of 20cm. Battery: Good condition. Minimum 80% of its maximum capacity Very Good: Screen: Excellent condition. No scratches. Body: Very good condition. No scratches visible from a distance of 20 inches (about an arm's length). Battery: Good condition. Minimum 80% of its maximum capacity. Good: Screen: Very good condition. No scratches visible when the screen is on. Body: Good condition. May have light but plainly visible scratches. Battery: Good condition. Minimum 80% of its maximum capacity. Fair: Screen: Good condition. No scratches visible when the screen is on. Body: Fair condition. May have visible signs of use, with scratches and/or dents that can be felt. Battery: Good condition. Minimum 80% of its maximum capacity.

Jagofon offers free shipping for all phones to the Jabodetabek region.

How can I be sure Jagofon phones are fully functional?

As a reminder, all phones sold on our website are 100% functional and legitimate. The phone packaging comes with a QR code on the label linking to a detailed web report on the phone’s generic information and the functional tests passed.

When will I receive my order on Jagofon?

Jagofon ships your order within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to follow the status of your order.

Does Jagofon provide a warranty for my product?

We provide a free 1-month warranty for all products, starting from when the product is shipped. You can extend it up to 6 months at the moment of purchase, for a fee. The warranty covers any technical malfunction independent of use (i.e. battery, touch sensitivity, push buttons, etc). However, it does not cover damages caused by the owner. So if a malfunction occurs but your phone shows oxidation (water damage) or drop damage then the warranty is void. The warranty does not apply to the signal status of the phone (IMEI). As soon as you find a defect within the warranty period, you must communicate all issues to us at support@jagofon.com. If we cannot repair your phone within 10 business days upon receipt of your product, we will offer you a free replacement product or a full refund if a replacement cannot be found.

Does Jagofon follow sanitary precautions before sending an order? If so, what is the process like?

To ensure your safety and help to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we use 70% isopropyl alcohol to wipe the surfaces of our products. On top of that, we ensure the cleanliness of ports, speakers, casing, and screen.

Can I see a photo of the phone before purchasing it on Jagofon?

We do not display photos of the actual phones on our website. However, you may request the photos through Jagofon’s whatsapp number.

Does the phone purchased from Jagofon come in its original packaging?

No, the products are sold in a new and robust Jagofon packaging.

Is it safe to buy from Jagofon?

What is Jagofon’s refund process like?

You are eligible for a refund only if you return your product within 7 days upon receipt in the same condition that we delivered it to you. After 7 days, your product will still be under our 1 month warranty during which you are eligible for a repair or a full replacement if the former is impossible. Reasons for your return must fall under one of these categories: 7 days money-back guarantee (no questions asked by Jagofon) You received a defective product Your product doesn't match the online description You received an incomplete order (missing parts or accessories)

I can’t access my Jagofon Account, what should I do?

Please send an email to support@jagofon.com stating the name and email address/Facebook account that you used to register. Do provide an explanation of your situation if possible.

Can I negotiate the product price with the seller through Jagofon?

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order please email support@jagofon.com and clearly state your order reference, product type, and reason for cancellation. Please also review the procedure detailed on the warranty card if you have already received the product.

My order has been lost/stolen! What do I do?

We fully have your back! Please send an email to support@jagofon.com, providing us with: A copy of your ID Name, number and email used for your Jagofon account Explanation of your situation A written and signed sworn statement from you stating you don't have the package and that you will reject the package, in the event that the carrier finds the order and re-attempts to deliver the initial order Subsequent to the claiming process, we will give you a replacement product; if the former isn’t possible, you will get a full refund.
